I know the design for the stained glass windows I created for the Sanctuary was expressed through me from God and that is why I named the windows “Spiritual Evolvement."  I would like to share what these windows mean to me.  Starting with the tall center windows: As we begin our lives we are all one with God, reflected by the yellow glass at the beginning of the bottom window. In our life’s journey, our life curves, ebbs and flows and God is always with us in this journey.  Our life’s journey is depicted by the flow of colors throughout center window panels.  As we apply the teachings of the of Spiritual Life Center, represent by the Science of Mind emblem, our life’s purpose, our spiritual growth and our connectedness to God becomes more direct and clear, upwardly moving, upwardly expansive with endless possibilities, ultimately reaching the Divine Infinity.  The Divine Infinity is represented by the yellow point at the top of the center windows.   

The small side windows also have meaning.  They describe the struggles we have in our lives. The blue swirl and clear glass split windows represents the struggles such as the ones we have between the higher self and the ego. There are times when we feel good (love) about ourselves and there are times when we don’t.  This is represented by the red and clear glass divided windows.  There are times we feel connected to God and times when we feel disconnected, as portrayed by the yellow and clear glass separated window. We all have these types of challenges in our lives in working towards our Spiritual Evolvement.  There are periods when we are too much of this world depicted by the solid blue swirl windows. And then there are times represented by the yellow solid window near the top, where we feel truly one with God and at peace.  This is what we all strive for in our lives. 

It is my hope that these windows help bring each one of us closer to God, no matter where we are in our “Spiritual Evolvement."
