Eddie Watkins, Jr. brings a special group of musicians and
singers to provide you with the best musical entertainment in
town! There will be a delightful mix of music including jazz,
standards, and gospel.
Entertainment Starts at 1:00 Mimosa’s will be served!
Box Lunch and Jazz $15.00 per person

If you’ve been contemplating the step of Membership in
Spiritual Life Center,
this is the month for you!
Join Rev. Doug, members of the Core Council and SLC Practitioners
for an evening of food, fellowship and exploration of what it
means to be a Member of Spiritual Life Center. By the end of the evening,
you’ll have a better sense of whether this is the right time to
step into greater commitment to your spiritual life and your spiritual community.
On Sunday, October 12th, at the 10:30 a.m. service, all who are choosing
to become Members of SLC will be welcomed in a special
ceremony. Attendance at both the Friday orientation and the Sunday service
is expected of anyone wishing to become a Member.
Sign up at the Friendly Space Table or call the church office (739-8200),
then bring a dish of somethingwonderful to share.
This is a radically shortened Membership Orientation!
